Anxiety is often a taboo word in Christian circles and communities. It’s kind of like the elephant in the room that everyone is aware of but nobody wants to discuss. And depending on your experiences or faith upbringing, having anxiety or anxious thoughts might be the last thing you’d want to discuss within the context of a faith community!
Turn on any news outlet and chances are within the first few minutes you’ll be presented with something that is intended to scare you into believing or acting a certain way.
