Who Gets To Define Your Self-Worth?

More and more it seems like everyone and everything is trying to slap some sort of label on us to determine or establish a sense of worth and worthiness.

This, of course, happens in marketing: “You need this item to feel worthy.”

This happens in the workplace: “If you perform well you’ll be recognized in front of others.”

This happens in parenting: “My friend’s mom lets them do it!”

And it happens in our spirits and minds: “This would be different if you were good enough.”

All of these messages, beliefs, ideas, and attacks are aimed at tearing down your true self-worth while attempting to replace it with a faulty premise of self-worth. Not only is this dangerous, but it’s also destructive!

That’s because real self-worth can only be determined by the One who created you!

And your real self-worth can only be found in Christ – not in your performance, not in your success, not in your beauty, and not even in your good works.

This is precisely why Self-Worth is the focal point of our February 2022 Faithbox! This all-new theme and all-new Faithbox is a reminder of the truths shared above and it’s packed with content and items that build into your God-given self-worth.

Inside the Self-Worth Faithbox, you’ll find our 31-day, Everyday Faith Devotional which will serve as your guide to help you find your way back to what God says about you and to see the value He sees in you. Throughout the month, we’ll deconstruct some of the falsehoods that may have crept into your heart and mind, and we’ll reconstruct a better foundation with the truths found in God’s Word.

The good news is we know the truths in God’s Word are always based on God’s love and His love for you is unchanging – no matter if the world tries to convince you otherwise.

On the journey with you,

The Faithbox Team

P.S. To receive the Self-Worth Faithbox, you must be subscribed by January 30th, 2022. Visit faithbox.com/faithbox for more information and to subscribe.

How Does Transformation Happen?

Have you ever found yourself feeling stuck in your faith, or unable to become the person you feel called to become?

It’s God’s desire for each of His children to be transformed and renewed in the image of His Son, Jesus Christ. This ought to be the goal for every person who calls themselves a follower of Jesus.

As busy as our lives and schedules can be, it’s important to be mindful about the way you treat others on a daily basis – especially as a Christian. Thank You, Faithbox!

Hi there Faithbox Community!

I just wanted to send a big thank you to you all for your support over the past two years with Faithbox! December 2020 is my final month of art for Faithbox, and I hope you all have loved your calendars and prints in the boxes as well as the digital versions! I never expected to do something I love for a great company, but God’s plans were bigger than I could’ve imagined!

I started Faithbox when I was a sophomore in high school, and I will be graduating high school this upcoming summer and it’s been an incredible journey. I plan on going to Southwest Baptist University and majoring in Art Education. My plan is to keep Inspired Inks going strong in the upcoming years and I can’t wait to see where God leads me and Inspired Inks!

Thank you to the Faithbox workers and subscribers for giving me this opportunity – what an honor!!
